You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, your order will be processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
After 12 Hours – Processing & Shipping Stage
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- In this case, you can request a return after receiving your order by following our Refund & Return Policy.
Custom or Special Orders
At this time, we do not offer custom or made-to-order items. However, if this changes in the future, custom orders will be non-cancellable once production has begun.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
