After 12 Hours – Processing & Shipping Stage

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • In this case, you can request a return after receiving your order by following our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom or Special Orders

At this time, we do not offer custom or made-to-order items. However, if this changes in the future, custom orders will be non-cancellable once production has begun.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days.
