Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Shipping is already built into the product price — what you see is what you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the day your order ships. Delivery times can vary by region and carrier conditions.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real time using the link in that email.

Lost or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of shipping, email contact@chomane.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it.

Customs and duties

US orders only — no duties apply.
