We want you to love what you buy from chomane. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@chomane.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return the item. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For returns due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order. That way your new item ships as soon as it's available.
