Where are you based?

chomane. is based in the United States. Our business address is in the footer.

Do you really offer free shipping?

Yes — every order ships free within the United States. Shipping is already included in the product price, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship to?

Right now, the United States only.

What if I don't love it?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email contact@chomane.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.

Are your lamps real wood / real stone / real linen?

Yes. Materials are listed on each product page. With natural materials, small variations in grain, tone, or texture are part of the piece — no two are identical.

Do you carry replacement bulbs?

Lamps that use standard sockets (E27 or E14) come with a warm-white LED bulb included. Replacements are easy to find at any hardware store or online retailer.

Are the LED-only models replaceable?

The integrated LED modules are rated for 25,000+ hours — that's about 20 years at 3 hours per day. The LEDs themselves are not user-replaceable.

How do I charge my rechargeable lamp?

All rechargeable lamps use USB-C. A cable is included; any USB-A or USB-C power source (laptop, wall adapter, power bank) works.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Not yet. If you'd like to send a lamp as a gift, we recommend shipping to the recipient's address. Order confirmation emails don't show prices on the packing slip.
