chomane. is an online retailer of home lighting products. Our business address and contact details are in the footer of every page.

3. Products and pricing

We describe and price every product as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and natural variation in materials like wood, stone, and paper. If we make a pricing error, we'll let you know before charging your card.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email — at which point it becomes a contract between us and you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Prices include shipping. Sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

The chomane. name, the styled wordmark, product photography, and site content are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Beyond that, products are sold "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
