- Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing

Exchanges
